Happy Friday everybody. No educational video this week. We're going to talk about the market update for Anne Arundel County and Queen Anne County. So why don't we go ahead and get started.

Here's the information for Anne Arundel County. As you can see right across the board, everything is down. Down in new listings, under contract, sold, even the median sold price is down. But if you look at the bottom, the average days on market, it's under two months, and the average sold price is 97% of the original list price. So that's not too bad.

Now what about the month's supply of listings or inventory in Anne Arundel County. Well, we have 3.4 months' supply of inventory of housing in Anne Arundel County at this point, definitely a strong seller's market.

What about Queen Anne County? Let's take a look. As you can see, everything is down in Queen Anne County also. And if you look at the average days on market, it's a little under three months and the average sold to the original list price is about 95%. We are also in Queen Anne County still in a seller's market.
